Healthy You! Wellness Program

The Maritz Healthy You! Wellness Program is a voluntary wellness program available to all U.S. employees and their spouses.

Maritz partners with Personify Health to provide a robust Wellness Program. Personify Health has earned the NCQA Wellness and Health Promotion Certification and is fully HIPAA compliant.

Employees and Spouses NOT Enrolling in the Maritz Medical Plan:

Once you register with Personify Health, we encourage you to take 15 minutes and complete the Health Check Survey listed at the top of your homepage. This will personalize your Personify Health experience! Access many tools and resources to help you on your personal health journey!

Reach new wellness “levels” by completing activities and earn up to 60,000 Personify Health Points throughout the year! (Points earned are for bragging purposes only 😊)
Journeys: a digital coaching program to make simple changes to improve your health, one step at a time.
My Care Checklist: a handy healthcare tracker that assists you in managing your health by keeping track of health checkups, all in one place.
Daily Cards: get helpful tips that are relevant to your current interest and goals.

Employees and Spouses Who ARE Enrolling in the Maritz Medical Plan:

There are two parts to the wellness program:

Biometric Screening:
- 2027: Starting in 2027, the Well Credit will be built directly into medical plan premiums, so employees and enrolled spouses will automatically receive this benefit without completing a biometric screening in calendar year 2026. This change reflects an evolving approach to wellness that places greater emphasis on individualized care and support through your health care provider. The Well Credit will no longer appear on your paycheck as a separate line item, but instead will be applied directly to the premium being deducted.
- 2026: There is no change to the Well Credit in calendar year 2026 (for screenings completed in calendar year 2025). You’ll continue to see any Well Credits you or your spouse earned on each paycheck throughout the rest of this calendar year as long as you (and your spouse if applicable) continue to be enrolled in the plan. New hires and employees who enroll in the Maritz medical plan due to a qualifying life event will automatically receive the Well Credit through the end of 2026.
Wellness Activities: Reach new wellness “levels” by completing activities and earn up to 60,000 Personify Health Points throughout the year (equal to 300 Confetti Points)! For a full list of how to earn points, log into your Personify Health account and go to Home > Rewards. You will receive Confetti Points mid-month, the month after you reach a new Personify Health level. (For example, you reach a new level in March and will receive Confetti Points in mid-April.) You must be a full-time employee enrolled in the Maritz medical plan to receive Confetti Points.
