Paid Parental & Caregiver Leave

All regular full-time employees are automatically eligible for Paid Parental and Caregiver benefits, as long as certain other requirements are met (i.e., one or more years of service, leave is for eligible reason, etc.). No separate enrollment is required.

If you need to take a Parental or Caregiver leave, file your request on the My Lincoln Portal. Register as a new user, and enter Maritz as the company code.

Maritz recognizes the unique demands on today’s workforce, and we want to support employees in balancing those demands.  People are our most valuable asset, and they are truly what makes Maritz what it is today.  No matter where our work takes us, people are always at the center of it.  Whether it’s a newborn baby, a sick parent, or the unfortunate experience of losing a loved one, Maritz provides paid time off benefits for all these reasons and more.

We are very excited to offer these benefits to employees, and we hope you find them helpful in managing the various demands on your time.

Paid time off will be available for new parents who have at least one year of service.  Maritz will pay 100% of base pay up to six work weeks, for a new parent (maternal or paternal) due to birth, adoption, or placement for foster care.  The purpose of this leave is to allow bonding time with a new child in your home.

    Paid Caregiver Leave

Paid time off will be available for employees who have at least one year of service.  Maritz will pay 100% of base pay up to two work weeks, for an employee to provide care to an immediate family member with a serious health condition.
