Well Credit:
2026: Employees and spouses enrolled in the medical plan who completed a biometric screening in 2025, or who enrolled in the plan as a new employee or mid-year qualified life event after November 15, 2026, will receive a well credit on their paycheck for the remainder of 2026. This well credit appears as a separate line item in the earnings section of the payslip ($25 per semi-monthly paycheck or $50 if both employee and spouse are eligible).
2027: The biometric screening requirement is being removed. For 2027, the well credit will be automatically included in the medical plan premium for all employees and spouses enrolled in the medical plan. The well credit will no longer be shown as a separate line item on the pay slip. Instead of completing a specific screening to qualify for an incentive (Well Credit), we encourage you to work with your health care provider on the proventive care and screenings that best support your individual health needs.
Wellness Activities:
2026: Reach new wellness “levels” by completing activities and earn up to 60,000 Personify Health Points throughout the year (equal to 300 Confetti Points)! For a full list of how to earn points, log into your Personify Health account and go to Home > Rewards. You will receive Confetti Points mid-month, the month after you reach a new Personify Health level. (For example, you reach a new level in March and will receive Confetti Points in mid-April.) You must be a full-time employee enrolled in the Maritz medical plan to receive Confetti Points.
Starting January 2027: the current wellness incentive of up to 300 Confetti Points will transition to a new cash-based opportunity. All employees enrolled in the medical plan can earn up to $400 annually ($100 per quarter) for completing various Personify Health wellness activities. Rising healthcare costs continue to affect employers and employees alike, making flexibility more important than ever. This change provides direct assistance toward overall healthcare costs. The Confetti program will continue to play an important role in other areas of the organization, including the Valenz Bluebook rewards, reinforcing the value of recognition and meaningful experiences at Maritz. Additional details for earning incentives in 2027 will be shared closer to the end of the calendar year.
