If you wish to have your blood drawn through your physician’s office for this year’s biometric screening, instead of going to a LabCorp or an onsite screening on the Fenton campus, you can do so starting June 1. Simply print the physician form on the Bravo member portal and give it to your doctor so they know which tests they need to perform to satisfy all of the requirements.
