The Annual Health Evaluation process for this year’s biometric screening starts today for screenings performed at a participating Quest facility or at your provider’s office. Onsite screenings will be available for employees on the Fenton campus in late August/early September. Separate communications will be sent with details for scheduling your screening appointment. Screenings must be completed by September 30th. Appeals and Reasonable alternatives must be submitted by November 30th. Refer to the Annual Health Evaluation page for details.
