Open Enrollment Plan Highlights for 2019
Effective January 1, 2019:
Increased premiums for 2019.
Maritz HSA contributions paid quarterly instead of lump sum on January 1.
New digital lifestyle change program through Omada that can help you lose weight, feel fantastic, and develop long-term, healthy habits.
New Diabetic Care Value Program offered through Livongo (which includes a Free Livongo cloud-connected smart glucose meter, remote monitoring, and Free unlimited LivongoInTouch® strips and lancets).
Specialty drug management programs added to reduce waste.
Opioid drug management program added to increase member safety.
New Critical Illness and Accident Plans offered thru Voya
Great supplement to your medical and disability plans.
Elect coverage in Workday along with your other Open Enrollment elections.
Employees with grandfathered Allstate Critical Illness or Accident plans (which were previously frozen) will have the option to cancel that coverage and enroll in a plan through Voya or continue the Allstate coverage through direct billing with Allstate (payroll deductions will no longer be offered).
New Employee Assistance Plan (EAP) provider:
Employees continue to have confidential access to counselors and assistance with personal, legal, financial and other issues with our new provider, Morneau Shepell. Services with Morneau Shepell are available through the Maritz partnership with Lincoln Financial (formerly Liberty Mutual), the administrator for Maritz’ short-term and long-term disability.
Dependent Life Benefits:
Employees will be provided company-paid dependent basic life insurance of $1,000 for all dependents (spouse and children up to age 26) effective retroactive to January 1, 2018.
