Meet Morneau Shepell – our New EAP Provider
As an employee of Maritz, you and your immediate family have complimentary 24/7 access to a variety of professional support resources and tools with Morneau Shepell – our new Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
Morneau Shepell is a leading provider of employee assistance programs and is internationally accredited by the Council on Accreditation (COA). The COA handles the independent accreditation of behavioral health and social service organizations (including EAPs).
The EAP is a confidential and voluntary support service that can help you take the first step toward change. Our EAP can help you find solutions to the challenges you face at any age and stage of life. You and your immediate family members* can access immediate and confidential support in a way that is most suited to your preferences, comfort level and lifestyle.
*Maritz regular full-time employees (including MaritzCX employees) have access to EAP services through Morneau Shepell. These services come to Maritz through our partnership with Lincoln Financial Group®. “Immediate Family Member” means those individuals who reside in the Maritz employee’s household and are related to the employee by kinship, adoption or marriage, including any foster children. Minor children of Maritz employees are considered an “Immediate Family Member” regardless of whether or not they are living in the same household as the Maritz employee.
The EAP is completely confidential within the limits of the law. No one, including Maritz, will ever know that you have used the program unless you choose to tell them. There is no cost to you or your family to use the EAP.
Let the EAP help you find solutions for your work, health, and life
